Literature and The Niger Delta Region...

CORA organized an Arts Stampede where it brought three writers who had written on the Niger Delta region and its complications. In the picture, left, is Kaine Agary, author of the work of prose, Yellow Yellow, along with the compere of the meeting, Makin Soyinka. The quartet in the picture are members of the African folk song group, Nefretiti, which performed at the Stampede too. Along with Kaine were Professor Tanure Ojaide (author of The Activist) and Dr Ahmed Yerima (The Hard Ground)
